Prepare for your kayak trip:
We recommend convenient clothing that can get a little wet. While paddling, some water drops will drop on top of you, so it would be a shame if this would ruin any delicate clothing. Our shop offers a changing room for your convenience. We recommend wearing a pair of sweat pants or shorts, combined with a fast drying t-shirt. On your feet you can wear sneaker, flip flops or just go bare-foot.
What is the difference between a kayak and a canoe?
A kayak and canoe are very similar. The paddle makes for the main difference: a canoe has a paddle with a blade on a single end, where a kayak has blades on both ends. As a result, you won’t have to switch paddling sides in your kayak. Novice paddlers especially prefer a kayak over a canoe.
